Prior to law school, Stephen had an extensive engineering career that was primarily related to mechanisms and mechanical structures in medical products, office equipment, and kitchen and bath fixtures. He is also a named inventor on US patent 7,128,236. Stephen is a member of CIPLA (Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association) and is an exercise enthusiast.
