Duties include (but are not limited to): conducting legal research; drafting pleadings, motions, legal memorandum and discovery requests and responses; taking and defending depositions; trial preparation and trial assistance; drafting settlement agreements; and developing cases through factual investigation. First-chair trial experience a plus. Well-qualified candidates will be responsible for maintaining and supervising a diversified caseload, communicating with clients and opposing parties, and appearing in court.
