Eugene A. De Angelis



An attorney who understands business and finance, Gene De Angelis assists clients in navigating the possibilities and pitfalls of a multitude of transactions. Gene has also worked as a technology consultant and a financial reporting analyst for a division of a Fortune 100 tech company. He has experience with a variety of legal matters including corporate law, public and private finance, commercial transactions, and corporate governance.

Professional Experience

Gene De Angelis is part of the business services group at Wegman Hessler Valore.  He previously worked in the business group of BakerHostetler and at Squire Patton Boggs.  Gene began practicing law in the Chicago office of Skadden Arps, where he was an associate in their corporate finance group.

His practice focuses on new business formation, public and private finance, and commercial transactions.
