Stephen J. Presutti
Stephen J. Presutti is an Intellectual Property Attorney. His practice focuses on patents, trademarks, and intellectual property litigation. He is knowledgeable in mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electrical technology. Further, Stephen is experienced in IP litigation, patent preparation and prosecution, and the evaluation of invention disclosures for available patent protection.
Stephen has deep experience in advising clients regarding intellectual property protection. Prior to law school, Stephen had an extensive engineering career that was primarily related to mechanisms and mechanical structures in medical products, office equipment, and kitchen and bath fixtures. He is also a named inventor on US patent 7,128,236. Stephen is a member of CIPLA (Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association) and is an exercise enthusiast.
