Recently, Drew Hayes assisted a client with enforcing their U.S. trademark registration against a competing restaurant, thereby resulting in the competitor adopting a new logo, social media template, advertisement template, restaurant decor, menu, and signage. Drew’s client was pleased with the resolution and the protection of their trademark.

In a separate matter, Drew obtained a judgment for a client at the USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. This resulted in the cancellation of a U.S. trademark application owned by an overseas company because of the potential of confusion with his client’s preexisting U.S. trademark registrations.
