Global conference of British and American business leaders coming soon to Cleveland

Cleveland – The British-American Business Network (BABN) is the largest transatlantic networking organization, with over 2,000 member companies and more than 10,000 business executives. The organization is committed to helping companies connect and build business on both sides of the Atlantic.

On Sept. 7-9, BABN members of all 22 chapters throughout the U.S., U.K. and Canada are invited to attend the Annual Transatlantic Business Conference. The three-day program features high-level conversations, professional development and networking with business leaders actively involved in transatlantic business.

The conference has previously been held in the cities of New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Washington, Birmingham and San Francisco. This year it will take place in Cleveland at the Intercontinental Hotel, located on the Main Campus of the Cleveland Clinic. This is the first in-person conference since the pandemic. Wegman Hessler, a business law firm in Cleveland, is an event sponsor.

The Annual Transatlantic Business Conference kicks off on Wednesday with the BACC Ryder Cup Golf Event, followed by a Welcome Reception. Thursday and Friday at the conference will include 40+ speakers and 25+ sessions, including tracts on: Law; Finance; Healthcare, and Aerospace.

Wegman Hessler Partner Lawrence Crowther will moderate a panel discussion Thursday morning on transatlantic corporate transactional issues and hot trends.

The three-day program features high-level conversations, professional development and networking with business leaders actively involved in transatlantic business.

The British-American Chamber of Commerce (BACC) for the State of Ohio is a chapter of the BABN. Wegman Hessler is an active member of BACC, with Associate Kyle Baird, Esq., currently serves as BACC-Ohio Board Secretary.
